How can I register as an active/inactive user?

In the user settings, each user can define whether they are an active user or an inactive user.

In the backend under Settings -> Users you can select a corresponding user. The following window then opens: 



  • An active user conducts live sessions and is in contact with viewers.

  • An inactivated user does not conduct live sessions and does not receive system messages. This could be a system administrator, for example. 

A user should be selected as a live consultant if he is to conduct live sessions with viewers. He can accept appointment requests for a live session.
