What types of appointments are there?

  • Updated

Currently there are 4 different types of appointments you can use. These have different origins.

1. small event" and "big event"

These events are planned by you and created in the backend according to your ideas. This includes start time, duration, moderator(s), possible products, etc.

There are two main differences between these events:

The "Small Event" is intended for up to 10 spectators*, who can talk to the moderator in real time during the event. Practical for training courses or product presentations in a small circle.

The "Large Event" is suitable for more than 10 spectators, currently up to 10,000 spectators* per event. During the event, customers can communicate with each other via chat or only with the moderator, if desired. Perfect for presentations in a large circle, live shopping, and much more.

*More spectators are possible for both event types on request.

2. calendar appointment (Showroom Plug-in)

Calendar appointments are created by the client and appear in the app after the appointment has been confirmed in the backend. The appointments are displayed in the app of the respective consultant. As soon as the customer is online for the appointment, the appointment is highlighted in green and can be started.

3. spontaneous appointment

When you are in the app, you can create an appointment that a client can join using a code generated in the app. To do this, press the plus in the middle and then "Spontaneous appointment". Then select a product or select "Continue without product". You will then be shown a four-digit code that the customer enters at www.harmony.stream/join/now.

4. Instant Appointment / Queue Appointment (Showroom Plug-in)

Immediate appointments are appointments where the customer is directly connected to you without having to select an appointment. The phone rings, similar to a phone call.

If the smartphone is not in standby (screen switched on or in the app), a notification appears in which you can accept or decline the appointment.

After you have accepted the appointment, it is displayed on the app's home screen and can be started by the moderator. The customer will be informed that the appointment has been accepted and will be in a "waiting room" until the appointment has been started by the moderator.

If you decline the appointment, the client is offered to book an appointment via the calendar.
